Delivery Terms

After order confirmation, FANTAISIE DESIGN agrees to deliver his carrier all items ordered by the purchaser within a maximum period of 48 working hours. The carrier undertakes by contract with FANTAISIE DESIGN to deliver the order to the buyer's address provided by FANTAISIE DESIGN.
In the case of a transport system called against-payment, the customer agrees to pay to the carrier or his representative the full amount specified in the order confirmation.

In addition, for deliveries outside mainland France, the customer agrees to pay all taxes due on the importation of goods, customs duty, value added tax and other taxes payable under the laws of the country receiving the command. FANTAISIE DESIGN disclaims any legal responsibility that if the payment of taxes was not made by the customer.
Delivery will be made by La poste Colissimo or Chronopost or following the client's choice of transport in France.
Delivery is made within the timeframe agreed with the customer by delivering direct to the addressee, or in his absence, another person authorized by the client. The possible delays do not entitle the buyer to claim damages.

The delivery in the countries of the EEC are carried by La poste Colissimo Europe or following the customer's choice. Deliveries outside the EEC deliveries are made by international postal services or following the customer's choice.

In case of defects, the buyer has the right to return under the conditions provided in this document.
Are considered force majeure releasing the seller from its obligation to deliver, war, riot, fire, strikes, accidents and the impossibility of being supplied. The goods always travel at the risk of the recipient.
Always check your parcel on arrival. You have 48 hours to file a claim with the carrier in case of missing or damaged.

For reasons of availability, an order can be delivered in several times to the customer. The customer only pays for one delivery. If the customer wishes 2 places of delivery, place 2 orders, with delivery charge.
